Ben Mark hails from Bristol, UK, and has been living in London since 2007.
Influenced by alternative, pop, indie and rock, he is notable for his three tours of duty over 12 years with award-winning pop titans Take That... Between 2009 and 2017 The Circus, Three and Wonderland tours saw him notching up hundreds of shows including multiple nights at Wembley Stadium, Croke Park, Millennium Stadium, Hyde Park and London's O2, and Dublin's 3Arena. As well as playing live, Ben has lent his guitar playing to Take That's multi platinum albums, Beautiful World, The Circus, Progress, Three, Wonderland, and their new record album This Life, the fastest selling British album of 2023.
From 2018-2020 Ben toured and recorded with mega-streaming Dublin hero Gavin James, including major gigs and festivals all over Europe and South America, as well as the left field Aussie pop wonder Holiday Sidewinder, who took him everywhere from Pitchfork Festival Paris to Austin's South By Southwest, to Berlin's underground club nights, to gigs at Webster Hall NYC and Shepherds Bush Empire, London and support tours with The Feeling, Alex Cameron and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
He toured with Westlife on their 2010 Where We Are tour, a fun year long stretch including an arena and stadium tour, promo and even a trip to the Faroe Islands.
Most recently, during 2022-23, Ben has been on guitar with Mark Owen, in support of his top 5 album Land Of Dreams, which has taken in festivals, headline tours and two nights with Robbie Williams at Sandringham Palace.
He has also played live with a diverse range of acts, Lucie Silvas, Judie Tzuke, Lily Allen, Gabriella Cilmi, Tom The Lion and Amy MacDonald, among many others.
In the studio, Ben has recorded for artists including Take That, Robbie Williams, George Ezra, Jeremy Loops, Gavin James, Nathan Evans, Modern Lovechild, Lucie Silvas, Holiday Sidewinder, Foxes, Amy MacDonald, Gary Barlow, Jamie T, Mark Owen, Mike & The Mechanics, Lulu, Boz Boorer, Freemasons, Marc Almond, Gabriella Cilmi, Dave Gibson, ho99o9, Tash, and many more.
